Portuguese Olive Oil The 7 PDO Regions

Formed by 7 PDO (Protected Denomination of Origin) Olive oils, represented by 7 Portuguese reference producers, this collection aims to provide a journey through the flavors and varieties of Portugal's olive oils, from Moura at south, to Trás-Os-Montes at north. The PDO classification means that the olive oil has been made in accordance with the rules laid down in the product specification for: olive varieties, conditions for picking and transport, working conditions and characteristics of the final product. All this process guarantees the production of the best olive oils from Portugal.

In conjunction with the product, and to add knowledge to the customer's experience, a bilingual brochure (PT / EN) is also provided, which will give a brief explanation of each of the PDO regions and characteristics of the olive oil produced.
