Purchase, Delivery and Returns Conditions

Prices and availability

All the indicated prices  are in € (Euros) and include VAT at the legal rate. The customer has the possibility to simulate a product's value by selecting other currencies that are available. However, the purchase will always be held in € (Euros). Prices shown may be changed without notice and are always subject to unavailability. Orders will be executedin by order of arrival, and if any temporary or permanent disruption of stock of the product, the customer will be notified and suggested an alternative to other products with similar characteristics.


The value of VAT can be deducted for public or private companies with legal registration. To do this, you must first send us the legally accepted tax number.


The description, image, and any other information of a product presented on, can be changed without notice. The images that illustrate each product may differ from the delivered product. We are not responsible for any typographical or arithmetic errors that may appear on our website.


Orders will be delivered by specialized companies for this purpose. As a rule, delivery can take place within 24 to 72 hours for destinations in Europe and 5 to 7 days for the rest of the world. There may be exceptions to which we are unaware, such as natural disasters or other factors. The delivery period starts only after the purchase price is settled.

Open or damaged packaging?

All orders leave our premises with closed packaging and in perfect condition. If you receive an open or damaged package it is important that you put these details on the carrier's documents and send us an email to indicating the order number.

If you prefer not to accept delivery, please also write the reasons, and the carrier will return the order to the origin.

Deliveries in Portugal will have two possibilities: through the network of more than 350 Chronopost Pick Me stores or deliveries until 18:00 through the Chronopost 18h service. If you are not sure of being available during the regular delivery period (until 6 pm) you should opt for the pick-up alternative at the Pick Me stores (see the nearest Pick Me store here), which are open many weekends longer hours. If you choose the Chronopost 18h service and, after attempting delivery, you are unable to receive the product within the established times, you will be charged for a new transport service.

In the International service, in the absence of persons authorized to receive the goods, the transport company will make another attempt. If the absence persists, will be informed and will contact the customer to schedule a new delivery. If the contact problem persists, will send an email to the customer in order to redirect delivery. This whole process will aim to prevent the product from returning to, thus avoiding delays in delivery and unnecessary collection of additional freight. The customer will have 48 hours to reply to the e-mail with the correct address, making a new and final delivery attempt. Can I receive the order at my job?

If you are never at home at a time compatible with the delivery service of our partners, we recommend that you change the delivery address to one that is more compatible with your availability. Did I receive a product that doesn't match what I bought?

Upon receipt of the claimed material, we will perform a quality control to verify the causes of the non-conformity pointed out. If the product was returned because it is defective or does not correspond to the original order, we will proceed to its immediate replacement without additional costs.


As a delicate product, has reinforced cardboard packaging for transporting tubes, developed in order to effectively protect its contents. These packages are composed of "combs" that create protection between the tubes, minimizing the possible impacts during the journey that may cause damage to the product. This packaging is environmentally friendly.


The customer will have at their disposal the following types of payment: Pay Pal, credit / debit card: stripe and Manual customers can pay it offline, according to their instructions. All orders whose payment confirmation is not settled within the maximum period of 15 days, will be canceled.


Orders can be canceled at no cost, from the moment it is done before sending the goods. After sending the goods, receiving the request for cancellation, this will be treated as return.

If you want to return your purchase, you should immediately send an email to In the email you should present the reason for the return. After you will be informed about how to proceed with such return. You have within 14 days after receipt the product to make it. We will only accept the merchandise that is returned under appropriate conditions (including the original packaging). Shipping charges will be charged to the customer. The refund only the value corresponding to the amount of merchandise. Excluded are the returns that derive from a defect of the product and, in this case, undertakes to change immediately the product for another one with the same or similar characteristics.

Legal Impositions is not responsible for shipments made to countries where the respective law does not allow the entry of alcoholic beverages, being the customer's responsibility to seize the respective order. In case of return of products, will refund only the amount of the value corresponding to the goods, less financial charges and costs associated with return of transport. Causes of Force Majeure is not responsible for contractual changes and for the damages resulting from these changes, which may result from situations of force majeure, such as blocking telecommunications, natural disasters, blocking means of transport, strikes, as well as legislative changes or regulations, which make the provision of services provided for in these general conditions totally or partially impossible.
